Every organization was born out of someone's passion. Rethink Creative Services is no different. Rethink Partners, Emily & Kristine, have a passion for being creative. Our partnership as co-workers and office-mates in the radio business allowed for hours of idea-generating, and our vastly different personalities, skills and life experiences have become “iron sharpening iron”. Now, heading up the team at Rethink Creative Services, we’re ready to put that creativity to work for you. It’s a win-win situation: we produce and equip you with quality marketing products, you share YOUR passion more effectively with others … and you don’t break the bank doing so.

Kristine McClain has been crazy about radio since she was a child. Even as she studied for her English degree, she dreamed about a career in radio. Now, a 15-year radio pro, she has turned her attention to resourcing local businesses through effective radio production. Kristine's creativity pours out of her and she comes alive when she's writing, recording, and producing your spots. Her quick wit and eye for detail make her a invaluable part of the Rethink team.

Emily Ralph loves to do anything creative, which is why her family was not surprised when she pursued a career in music, graduating with a Bachelor of Music degree in 2004. Since then, Emily has explored the fields of graphic design, web page development, and audio production, using her skills in ministries ranging from radio to local schools and churches. One of her passions is to empower others to succeed and she delights in finding ways to help your vision come to life.

When it comes to marketing—and deciding how and where to present your business to the world— Christina Alderfer is passionate about helping you communicate effectively. Christina is available to help you plan and implement strategies so that you can send the right message to the right people at the right time. Her experience includes a degree in Business Administration and 10 years in marketing at a local non-profit.

Ever since he graduated from Kent State art school in the 70's, Jim has been using art to teach, inspire, and guide. On the cutting edge of technology, Jim designed the first color ATM screen and spear-headed the move to digital graphics; now he brings that innovative artistic sense to personalized graphic work that will help your organization to shine!
